First off, it’s great to see traffic coming through to the site once again. Even after just one week with very half-assed promotion, the views are starting to roll in. DJs, friends, and creepy stalkers, there’s plenty more to come.

So what’s been the holdup since the last update? Well Thursday I played Lex Bar in NY (where I’m the new Thursday night resident so come through for good times in Murray Hill), on Friday I made my debut at G Lounge in Philly (and had a rap battle in the DJ booth with some giant NFL player), and Saturday it was back to NY to DJ at the Thompson Hotel in the lower east side. It was quite the weekend.

Speaking of weekends, here’s a Moe Green remix over a loop from The Weeknd’s “Glass Table Girls” (see what I did there?). 707 is the Vallejo, California area code, where Green is from. He’s a clever one.

My whole fam fam was in town visiting me this past week, thus explaining my absence from the internets and the site cooling off. Plus, it was another week of DJing 5 nights so I was staying busy. Great for me for obvious reasons of seeing family and stacking paper, but crappy for you for the obvious reason of checking the blob each day for awesome new content only to be disappointed. Tonight I’ll be one of the headliners at Carnacelona at Oshum here in Barcelona. There’s posters for the event all over the city so I took some snazzy shots for my memoirs yesterday.

I DJ every Wednesday on the beach here in Barcelona at CDLC. Here’s a little gem that got filmed after the party ended last week. People light LOTS of fireworks on Sant Jaon. I’ve got loads of photos and videos from last week’s crazy holiday. It just needs to find its way off my camera and onto the internets.

Coming up at Oshum this Fiday night I’ll be one of the headlining DJs for Carnacelona 2010, an annual Brazilian themed summer festival. Honestly, I’m not even sure what to expect but it should be pretty huge. Hey, that’s me at the 50 second mark in the promo video! I’ve got to snag a photo next to one of the posters out here in the city, or at least get one for my living room.
