Barely. Ibiza was killer. I will definitely be returning for more later this summer. Photos, stories, movies, and life lessons will be posted in the coming days. There’s no resting for me as tonight is San Joan. Easily the craziest night of the year in Barcelona, it’s a non-stop party on the beaches all night and morning with fireworks, drinking, swimming, sexing, and plenty other things you can’t do outside back in America. And I’ll be DJing right on the beach at CDLC. Let’s gooo.

Be there tomorrow, Wednesday June 16th, for the opening party. Hosted at Carpe Diem, one of Barcelona’s flyest clubs located right on the beach, this is going to be the raddest party in Barcelona this summer. I’ll be there DJing every Wednesday. Don’t sleep.

There’s a pretty sizable update on the Media page with new photos from the last two weeks or so, including my monthly guest DJ spot at Opium Mar for their big “We Love Mondays” fiesta. I’ve been the Friday night resident at Opium Mar for over a year, but now have the once a month invite for Monday nights. It’s nice to get the invite to guest DJ an already established party and be told “Yo, do you and play whatever the fuck you feel people want to hear.” This month I’ll be there Monday, May 24th.

Apologies for the lack of posts these past few days. It was a crazy weekend of DJing, drinking, and at times a heavy combination of both. That said, I rested up all Sunday as God intended for us on the day and I’m ready to do it all over again this week. Now on to the serious matters. For the past 16 months I’ve been DJing Studio 54 at Sutton every Thursday night. This video was taken April 1st and is the last song of my set that night.

Okay, okay, I’m going to preface this by saying LATE PASS. This is not a new song, it came out mid-January and I’ve had it sitting in my Serato crates since then. I had always been worried it might be just a little to heavy to play in some of the more commercial spots I DJ, which is a real shame because I do love this track. However, over the weekend I finally worked up the courage (thank you Jack Daniels) to play it in some discotheques. Long story short, this shit bangs HARD and is going to be a definite staple in my sets for the next month.
