I have been busy as fuuuuck as of late, thus explaining my absence from the blob and the standstill it’s been at. Regardless, I’ve still been getting a steady stream (ew) of hits on the site and I appreciate everyone’s continued interest. Steve Angello’s summer hit meets Laidback Luke and company’s take on the classic Robin S. vocal. I threw this together back on August 3rd, 6 days after seeing Angello DJ here in Barcelona. Since then, his song “KNAS” has topped the Beatport charts and become a sure fire hit. I’ve kept it to myself for long enough, so here it is for all the internets to behold. I usually like to include dates and stories with my videos, but I have no idea which Wednesday this is from or who these girls are. I completely forgot that I recorded this until I emptied out my Flip Cam a couple days ago. Anyway, here’s the return of DJ Cam and the story as best as I can remember…

These two youths were dancing up a storm in the DJ booth. I presume they’re Swedish. I tried to get them to kiss each other. I also tried to get them to take their shirts off. When they didn’t I tried my best to disrobe one of the chicks and got smacked. Hey, it never hurts to try and I figured with Black Eyed Peas playing it would be my best shot all night.

My whole fam fam was in town visiting me this past week, thus explaining my absence from the internets and the site cooling off. Plus, it was another week of DJing 5 nights so I was staying busy. Great for me for obvious reasons of seeing family and stacking paper, but crappy for you for the obvious reason of checking the blob each day for awesome new content only to be disappointed. In my never-ending quest to take over youtube I’m putting up some more footage of me DJing. This was taken last summer at the now closed Lotus Theater in Barcelona. Originally Barcelona’s premier brothel, it was transformed into a proper night club in the fall of 2008. I was the Saturday night resident all spring and summer of 2009 until their gates were finally shut that July due to outstanding issues with city police. In the video I’m playing my exclusive David Guetta/Kelly Clarkson “Since Love’s Been Gone” remix, which is available for download on the Music page, and mixing it with a drum loop.
